The new TNS Pizza Tray is made from heavy gauge steel and coated with a PFOA-free non-stick layer for the easy release of pizza. This large, flat and rigid tray can be easily slid in and out of the oven, and the thoughtful inclusion of heat-resistant silicone trimmings on the rim allows for added grip when transferring from oven to table. With its sturdy construction and a reassuring lifetime guarantee, you could easily make every night a pizza night!

TOP TIPS FOR PIZZA PERFECTION

  • Spread your pizza sauce by spooning a small ladleful in the centre of the base, then use the bottom of the ladle to extend it outwards in a circular motion. Leave at least an inch around the outside for a crispy edge.
  • Certain ingredients can change in some way when heated. Allow toppings such as mozzarella to first dry out on a cloth beforehand, so that the release of liquids or fats does not make the pizza exceedingly oily.
  • When it comes to toppings, less is more. Choose quality ingredients over quantity for a better appreciation of flavours.
  • For a crispy and partially browned crust, place the Pizza Tray on the lower rack of an oven that has been preheated for some time.
  • Keep the oven door closed during the baking process. Precious heat is lost every time you open the door to check on the pizza.
