Ruby Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
- 500ml milk
- 10ml vanilla extract
- 100g ruby chocolate, chopped
- Pinch of salt to taste
METHOD
Scald the milk with the vanilla extract in a Le Creuset saucepan. Add the chocolate, remove from the heat and whisk until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
Pour into two Le Creuset Heart Collection 350ml Mugs and serve immediately.
Serve with whipped cream, love heart sprinkles, grated chocolate, edible flowers or other toppings of your choice.
