INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x Double shot tequila
  • 1 x shot honey infused with rosemary
  • Ginger beer, to top up
  • Charred limes, to garnish
  • Fresh rosemary to garnish

METHOD

Place the honey and tequila into a Le Creuset Glass Tumbler with ice. Top with ginger beer and charred lime and more fresh rosemary.

Tip: Use rosemary infused honey instead of simple syrup. To make your own simply microwave honey for about 1 minute, no longer otherwise it will harden and won’t dissolve in the drink. Once slighlty warm add the rosemary and allow to cool.
