INGREDIENTS
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup roughly chopped chocolate
- 2 teaspoons rose water (adjust to your preference)
- dried rose petals for topping
METHOD
In a medium saucepan, add in all the ingredients aside from the chocolate and rose water and bring them to boil on medium heat, whisking constantly.
When it starts to boil, remove from heat and stir in the chocolate, whisking until combined.
Stir in the rose water, pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, infused with rose water and finally garnish with dried rose petals.
